In 2007, Batipart decided to diversify its economic interests, and extended its activities internationally. Today ONOMO’s development is one of the Batipart Group’s international investment priorities.
In 2009, Batipart participated in the creation of ONOMO, a new hotel group whose objective is to make ONOMO Hotels the leading pan-African hotel platform in the 3* segment.
Batipart currently holds 71.64% of ONOMO following the opening of ONOMO’s capital in November 2017 to two new investors – CDC Group PLC and CM-CIC Capital.
ONOMO Hotels is an African hotel group of 3* establishments for business customers.
