Marion Pignol is the Chief Executive Officer of Batipart North America. She has led Batipart’s North American headquarters since 2022, where she oversees investments in Canada and the United States, as well as the management of the partnership with Cogir.
With 18 years of experience, she began her career as an Investment Analyst at Covivio (formerly Foncière des Régions), where she spent 11 years in roles spanning investment, asset management, hotel fund management, and corporate management. Prior to her current role, she joined Batipart Europe in 2018 as Head of Italy. She participated in major transactions such as the investment in the Leroy Merlin commercial portfolio and the sale of the Healthcare portfolio in Italy and Spain.
Marion is a graduate of Essec and holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate.
