Our business lines

Batipart operates in three business lines (Real Estate, Tourism, Hotels), on three continents (Europe, Africa, North America).

Real Estate

The Batipart group invests in diversified real estate assets in terms of asset classes, risk types, and geographies.

Acting as an entrepreneur and manager, Batipart is not a simple passive investor. The group has developed genuine operational and execution expertise, fully embracing the different types of risks associated with its investments.

Batipart’s investments cover the following asset classes: leisure, retail, offices, hospitality, and residential.

The real estate business is carried out in Europe and North America.

Hospitality

Batipart has diversified into the hotel sector by participating in the creation of ONOMO Hotels in 2009.

ONOMO is both the owner, developer, and operator of its hotels in Africa. Batipart holds nearly 80% of its capital.

Onomo Hotel, Togo

Batipart Europe also makes hotel investments where the group owns real estate properties and operational hospitality business, via the Anama investment vehicle.

In 2019, Batipart Europe acquired the real estate and the businesses of six hotels operated under Accor Group brands (Novotel, Sofitel, and Mama Shelter) in Luxembourg. This transaction allowed Batipart Europe to become the leader in the 4- and 5-star hotel market in the country.

Tourism

Since 2019, Batipart has owned and operated Parc Omega, a wildlife park located in Quebec.

The park differs from traditional zoos in that it features large, preserved natural areas of over 1,000 hectares, where animals evolve in semi-liberty in their natural environment. Batipart’s teams are seeking to replicate this model in other parks. The acquisition of another park in Canada in 2025 will complete the offering, and the teams remain actively seeking projects.
