Governance
The management board is composed of five family members and chaired by Claire Ruggieri. Decisions are taken unanimously.
The Board of Directors, composed of both family members and independent directors with executive responsibilities in other companies, is a forum for strategic discussion. Julien Ruggieri serves as its chairman. This diversity of profiles promotes informed decision-making, anticipation of market developments and the integration of best practices from a variety of environments.

Our History
The Batipart family group has its origins in the restructuring of housing belonging to the Lorraine steel industry.
The gradual separation of core steel activities from social activities led to the creation of a genuine property business, under the control of Immobilière Thionvilloise.
For more than 15 years, Charles Ruggieri managed a sector that had become profitable within a declining industry. His task was to manage, modernise and enhance this property portfolio.
