Batipart Africa Batipart is present in Africa through ONOMO hotels, which is currently the largest pan-African hotel group in the lifestyle segment, with over 20 hotels in 13 different countries.
In 2009, Batipart diversified its business interests and expanded its international activities by participating in the creation of ONOMO, a new hotel group aiming to become the leading pan-African platform for midscale business hotels.
ONOMO is an owner, developer and operator of its hotels. The first hotel opened in Dakar in 2011, followed by Libreville in 2012 and Abidjan in 2013.
Located in the business districts of Africa’s capitals and main cities, ONOMO offers a unique hotel supply in Africa. At the end of 2024, ONOMO managed 23 hotels with around 3,000 rooms, in Morocco (6 hotels), West and Central Africa (7 hotels), South Africa (6 hotels) and East Africa (4 hotels).
In June 2024, ONOMO completed the acquisition of a majority stake in hotel management company Aleph Hospitality, itself active in Africa and the Middle East. To date, Batipart holds close to 80% of ONOMO’s capital.
