Paris, 20 June 2024 – Batipart is embarking on a new investment cycle and pursuing its ambition to expand in Europe and North America. As part of this strategy, the Group is making changes to its management team.
Ludovic Jacquot is joining Batipart Europe to strengthen the team.
Together with Louis Bayon, Thomas Camus and the entire management committee, he will embark on a new cycle of real estate investment for the Batipart Group in Europe, following the sale of more than €2 billion in assets since 2020. Batipart Europe will thus continue to invest in long-term projects offering high returns, as well as in operations with strong potential for real estate value creation.
