Batipart Europe and Sofidy announce the joint venture acquisition of Magnetik, a next-generation office building of approximately 34,000 m².
The investment is made on behalf of the SCPI Sofidynamic and Immorente, the SC Meilleurimmo, as well as funds managed by Batipart Europe. This marks the first partnership between Batipart Europe and Sofidy, demonstrating their ability to take a contrarian approach on rare opportunities offered by the Parisian market at the bottom of the cycle.
The building will be co-managed by the two partners.
