Paris, 24 July 2024 – A lease has been signed between Wavestone and Batipart for nearly 85% of the space in Momentum, a 17,500 m² building located at the corner of Rue Poncelet and Rue des Renaudes.
This transaction is one of seven projects undertaken as part of the property development activities of Batipart and its partners. The property was acquired in two successive phases at the end of 2020 and beginning of 2021, first from Orange and then from Postimmo. This consolidation paved the way for an ambitious 17,500 m² commercial project with exceptional architecture, named Momentum.
