Batipart Europe acquires iconic building from DWS for redevelopment project in Paris

Batipart Europe announces the acquisition from DWS of the building located at 62 rue Beaubourg, Paris 3rd arrondissement. This 3,489 m² building, which has been entirely vacant since December 2024, will undergo a major restructuring project that will increase its total surface area to 3,585 m², spread over seven floors and two basement levels.
