The Batipart Group, headquartered in Luxembourg for over 10 years, is making a strategic investment in six hotels and two office buildings in the Grand Duchy with the support of institutional investors.
The acquisitions are located in Luxembourg, in the city centre and on the Kirchberg plateau. They comprise more than 1,000 hotel rooms, representing approximately 20% of the hotel capacity of the Grand Duchy’s capital, and 24,000 m² of office space.
