Batipart Europe, CDC Investissement Immobilier, Société Générale Assurances and QuinSpark announce the acquisition of the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel from an investment fund managed by Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing, through the creation of a joint hotel investment vehicle.

Located at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, this iconic 435-room asset is one of the few large-scale Parisian hotel complexes positioned in the upscale segment. Since its construction in 1966, first as Hilton’s flagship hotel in Paris and then as a Pullman property since 2014, the hotel has established itself as a preferred destination for discerning international clientele thanks to its exceptional location.

This acquisition marks the starting point of an ambitious transformation plan for the hotel. A major renovation program, part of which has already begun with the façade refurbishment and energy performance improvements, aims to elevate the hotel to a 5-star positioning within the next 24 months.
