In 2015, Batipart, in partnership with Crédit Mutuel, acquired a stake in COGIR (40% of the capital today), then continued to invest in development projects with COGIR.

Batipart subsequently invested in various development projects in Canada (mainly Quebec and Ontario) and the United States (California, Washington). The Humaniti project (LEED certification), which includes an Autograph Collection by Marriott hotel, residential (condos and rentals), office and retail space, is emblematic.

Following the desire to increase its presence in North America, Batipart has decided to open 2 offices:
- In Montreal in September 2022
- In Washington DC in August 2023
