Batipart has acquired 60% of the capital of the Promenade de Flandre Retail Park, located in the municipalities of Roncq (59) and Neuville-en-Ferrain (59), from Ceetrus, which retains the remaining 40%. Through this transaction, Batipart and Ceetrus have entered into a long-term partnership for the operation of this strategic asset, managed by Nhood.
Managed by Nhood, the Promenade Flandre Retail Park, built in 2017, is part of a historic commercial area launched in 1967. Located between Tourcoing, Neuville-en-Ferrain and Roncq in northern France, it enjoys an ideal geographical location close to the Belgian border and benefits from a commercial catchment area of nearly two million inhabitants.
With a leasable area of approximately 56,000m², the retail park is home to 50 commercial units. It has leading tenants such as Cultura, But, Intersport and Darty. Built in 2017, the Retail Park offers a diverse range of shops including ready-to-wear clothing, home furnishings, leisure and a food court. The Promenade de Flandre Retail Park records traffic of more than 2.1 million vehicles per year on the site.
