13 November 2025 – Batipart Europe announces the sale of the Center Parcs Hochsauerland property in Germany for more than €100 million to SCPI managed by Atland Voisin and MyShareCompany, subsidiaries of the Atland group. The recently renovated holiday village comprises 339 cottages, a 111-room hotel and leisure facilities.
Center Parcs Hochsauerland is the second largest Center Parcs in Germany, strategically located in the dynamic region of North Rhine-Westphalia. The property covers 42 hectares and includes a water park of over 8,000 m², a hotel and leisure facilities. Between 2017 and 2020, more than £20 million was invested in renovating the site.
