Batipart Europe finalizes two divestments in its Alma portfolio, covering 16 assets under the Leroy Merlin and Bricoman brands

Batipart Europe announces the completion of the sale of two portfolios of assets from its European retail portfolio, as part of the implementation of its asset rotation strategy.

This milestone marks the conclusion of an investment cycle initiated in 2020 with the acquisition, via a sale and leaseback transaction from Adeo, of a portfolio of 42 assets spread across four countries and fully leased to the Leroy Merlin and Bricoman brands, for more than €500 million. This deal represented a strategic diversification for Batipart Europe into the retail asset class. The division was further strengthened in 2022 with the acquisition of 10 additional assets from Adeo.

Batipart Europe is now beginning the rotation of this portfolio through several asset sales. A first transaction was completed at the end of 2025 with Arkea REIM, involving 8 assets located in France and Italy. A second agreement was signed at the beginning of 2026 with Realty Income for the sale of a portfolio of 8 stores across France, Portugal, and Italy.
